You can customized the heating level so you can use the lower heat for sugaring but also the higher heat for traditional waxes. 
Standard 14 oz size wax containers from most brands fit. Mella is designed to be used with a tin, do not put wax directly into the well of the warmer.
Not all sugar containers fit. Certain sugar brands have containers that do fit and heat very well in Mella. Examples of sugar brands that DO fit are the following but not limited to: Ke Ko Botanicals and Tamaras. Examples of sugar brands that DO NOT fit are the following, but not limited to: Sweet & True or Alexandria. If you are unsure your brand will fit feel free to visit themella.com to check. This has a silicon skin which is easy to remove to get a better clean on the pot.
To sweeten the pot this comes with an app you can easily turn on or off your pot for an early client or even to check if you forgot to turn it off.
